Use our support ticket system to ask a question or request assistance from our Support Team. We typically respond to support tickets within one business day or less.

View Your Previous Support Tickets

If you know your Ticket Tracking ID, you can view previous support tickets that you submitted. (You can also click the link in your email to view previous tickets).

Phone Support

ChurchTrac Online subscriptions includes phone support for most issues during business hours. After-hours phone support may incur a fee. To help keep our costs (and your price) as low as possible, please check to see if your question is addressed on the left in our Online User Guide before calling our support department.
